NYT R.E. TV
Print news is simply not enough.
My section has expanded to television news, which has expanded to web news. Not that we weren't already doing the multimedia/ convergence/ co-branding thing, but this is way better. It has motion, sound, chyrons -- even a time and temperature bug!
Here, on the CBS news site, is my editor's editor, Trish Hall, looking nicely windblown and appropriately bundled as she tours the neighborhood of the week, SoHo.

Trish also talked about the delicious bachelor pad story, in which Stephanie Rosenbloom deconstructs the turf of these guys, who are Bachelors With a Vengeance.
This week, Trish leaves the studio for the first time. Last week, she spoke about Chappaqua and about the prewar/postwar dichotomy. The week before, it was Rosebank, Staten Island, and the "love at first sight" or "you just know" feeling that applies to, at last, finding not just the right apartment but the right anything.
